There will be a Special Meeting immediately following church service on August 3, 2014 to vote on appropriating a $3,800 expenditure to replace the High School room air conditioning condenser and coil.
We recently found out the air conditioning unit that cools the High School classroom side of the building has a leaking coil and does not work. The Trustees have retained a quote of $3,800 to replace the condenser and coil, which comes with a 5 year warranty. Because this expense is over 2% of our budget, the congregation must vote on approving this expenditure.
